I have comcast cable but for some reason it is faster than T3 and nearly as fast as T1. I tweaked my registry slightly to achieve it but it was worth the time and effort.

You should try to convince your parents, tell them about how they can cancel the aol dial up service so they will only pay like 5 dollars a month for aol's service then order comcast cable or sbc dsl for $30+.
