As irritating as most girls are that dress so scantily (I find a lack of modesty to be very unappealing), no, it's not their fault if they are sexually assaulted. It is the fault of those who cannot control themselves sexually.
Rape isn't even really about sex. If that was the case, they could just masturbate. Rape is really about the violence.
