right now in the summer, i just do jumping jacks, crunches and lunges. i also try to work on my volleyball. :P i was thinking of starting to jumprope again.
but when i had school, i ran about 6 miles per week, did wallsits, pushups, crunches, leg raises, aerobic step routines, and yoga. Sometimes, we did other stuff along with these, like stairclimbing around the whole gym, hula hoops, etc.
I remember back in 9th grade, I did weight training for a term. :P But I think I only stuck with the 5 or 10 lbs..
