Length of the series?

Are you the kind of person who doesn't care how many episodes an anime has? Or are you the kind who can't stand watching long animes?

I know someone who can only watch animes that are 30 episodes or less. Right now, I'm kind of like that too. I basically only find animes that are 26 episodes now. But that's only because I have no time. If I had time, I'd be willing to watch a 70 episode long anime.

But 200+ episodes like Naruto, Inuyasha, and such? No freaking way. I don't even want to try that. It's just too long. Makes me wonder about the quality of each episode..=|

So which do you prefer? Short animes, long animes, or it doesn't really matter?

I don't really mind a lengthy series. 49 episodes of Gundam Wing was acceptable for me when it was first released. As for the nonsense in Naruto and Bleach (fillers), it should be like DBZ where they stopped for a bit and showed reruns, especially for those who have just caught on. (I'm not a fan of DBZ, by the way.) I guess the Japanese don't like reruns.

I only say that about the filler-encrusted series, because they're just not very interesting. However, if the story attains the quality that we expect, then the number of episodes shouldn't be an issue.

I don't mind if the anime is worth it, otherwise no. For Naruto, if it weren't for the fillers, it would be a decent anime. 200+ episodes would be okay if they stuck with the manga and nothing else. But I'm honestly getting tired of the manga too. Honestly...some of the new developments have been lame.

I enjoy moderate sizes. I usually like ones that have multiple seasons of 26 episodes each. The 100+ episode Anime are a big commitment, and i've only been dedicated to one, and that's Detective Conan. That anime is my favorite and addicting!

I usually prefer anywhere between 26-60 episodes. Though, as long as it's good, I don't really mind the length. I have a hard time with uber short ones that are like 10 episodes because I just want more!
