Blogring Update 9/11/06

Before I begin this update, I'd like to take a moment to remember the events that struck our country September 11, 2001, five years ago. As the journalist P.J O'Rouke said, "Liberty is an expensive feast. And America has always been one to foot the bill." May we never forget.

Right, well, there have been some big changes for Blogring.net recently! We're excited to announce the new and improved staff, keeping the best of the best, and adding more dedicated people to our moderating team! Also, we're proud to announce the new Books and Literature forum! Also, I know you've been waiting, and the beta is still troubleshooting, and was responsible for some of the downtime earlier this week, which we apologize for.

New forum!

We're proud to announce our newest Subforum, the Books & Literature forum, located at http://www.blogring.net/Books-and-Literature-f268.html . These forums are already bussling with activity, so feel free to join in! We expect great things from this new subforum. Also, expect a few other subforum revisions coming up, merging some with others, to boost overall activity and encourage posting.

Other than that, our resources have been 100% devoted to rolling out the beta for Blogring. We're including some last minute features and upgrades which I'm sure you'll enjoy, as well as fully enabling features we have implemented and have been testing. As always, please let me know what you guys think!

I'm so excited about Books and Literature, I've already started posting there. I was wondering when it would be put in the announcements, I hope that it'll be come a huge success because it's a wonderful forum.
