The way you say "ours" and the way I have to remove your sig says cB spammer to me.

We're not copying your site design, but if you'd like, I can start linking forums where you ripped your source code from.

first off, my sig had nothing to do with linking to cB. besides which, that was back in december if i recall?

i'd like to see this "rip off" you speak of, though. actually, i'll shoot you a message.

though i do think it's funny that jusun apparently ripped off other sites, wouldn't you, too, be in the wrong?

Since you seem to know something about createblog that even I wasn't aware of, please do enlightment me and tell me where I ripped createblog's source code from. You must be a genius for such insight, considering that I built that site (minus the forums) from ground up. Apparently I was too stupid to realize that I ripped it off from some other website.

To the OP,

I like the new design, reminds me of createblog a little, but nicer on the eyes. Now if I was actually better at designing - I'm not much of a designer... ironic huh? It's much better than what you guys have now.

Now might you explain to me why xangansdotcom was banned?

I see your pawn diligently reported back to you, as I knew he would. I got on to him because cB doesn't really have a unique look or design, there are many other forums that use the same design. The way the scripts and layout is hashed together is visually appealing; but it's been done. So you can understand why I might say that cB is not a special or unique snowflake, nor is it really worthy or replication on a personal level; It's a design that is common, and a design that existed before cB. It is also a design that works, so of course we, like many other sites, would use the same aspects of design as you would. That's just common sense, and good business. But cB is again, far from unique, so the accusation that we'd be copying cB, or would want to, is preposterous.

Xangansdotcom was probably banned for a Terms of Service violation; I don't remember what, because it was probably done awhile ago. I do have a lot to keep track of, after all.

And thanks for the complements on the design. =] Check back in a couple weeks, pal. Until then, you're welcome to talk to me in PM's. Trying to start drama in public is kind of middle school-ish if you, don't you think?

i apologize in advance for the some of the blunt things i am about to say, but as youve commited libel against me, i think i have the right to explain myself publically for everyone else's sake.

please reread what you wrote and i think youll agree with me that youre talking out of your ass. normally i would be sympathetic but its really hard to be so when someone libels about you and then when confronted to explain himself comes up with lousy excuses.

1. you said, and i state "I can start linking forums where you ripped your source code from", meaning i illegally copied source codes from some phantom website(s). however in your explanation you now merely refer to the overall "design". in my defense, i did not base createblog's design on any other website; it was solely and independently my creation.

2. createblog is VERY unique but for arguments sake lets say its not. this however does not automatically mean that copying wasnt commited on blogring's part. now, im not accusing blogring of it as i was not the person to point out the similarities of createblog and the new upcoming blogring. what i want to point out is the obvious holes in your argument. you are basing your entire premise of blogring not "borrowing ideas" from createblog in that createblog isnt unique. that argument is - as you coined it - preposterous; it is perfectly normal to "borrow" ideas from a more successful couterpart - unique or not unique. in another words, being unique and not unique has nothing to do with it.

3. for your information, i just happened to stumble upon blogring by myself. i wish i could get in touch with the person to whom you've libeled about me so that he/she may know the truth. alas, i sincerely hope you are mature enough to leave my posts intact at the expense of your integrity, as it was you who have libeled against me, not the other way around. i am merely clearing myself from your libel, so let the truth be told...
