^ it is too saturated Evelyn, she looks so red and orange! Desaturate it somewhat..
The text is too common and hard to see, but I guess it matches nicely (a little). Use pictures from the same photoshoot, these don't mtach each other that well. Go easy on the glitter, it's overwhelming..
The border is too thick, try a simple 1px or double. Scanlines are my enemy, but if you have to use it then erase the spots going over her face and body.

Ok, Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it. I'll make sure that I don't make the same mistakes in the future.

I am a graphic n00b, so any common and critism are most certainly welcome it helps me a lot to be better

That looks cool. Mm, yeah. I see the white line. It always borders me when there's a line somewhere on a banner. It's annoying. =/
The middle seems soo bright. x_x
