I adore him! Which book was it? Do you remember?

Stephen King, for some reason his book never been bring me any nightmares... the movies might though. I love how he's character stand out and it is like watching a movie on your mind, except you get to know the minds of the character.

I like most of the book that I read from him; The Dark Half, Bag of Bone, The Dead Zone, The Green Mile, Everything's Eventual (2004, collection), IT, Dreamcatcher, Salem's Lot, Four Past Midnight, and The Eye of the Dragon. I have the Dark Tower collection on my desktop... haven't started yet thou.

I read one book "Thinner" by Stephen King under the name Richard (last name forgotten), it is not as good as his other works...

I do llike Dan Browns books, I read three out of his four book, I know how every plot seems very slimiar but I do think it is Brown's cue... the way he writes....

*shudders stephen king gives me nightmares. I admit he writes really well, Pet Semetary(sp) was really good, but >< gahh it made me scared of the dark for years. I read alot of sci-fi so my two favorties are Margaret Weis and Anne McCafferey

Curiosity . . .

I wish you could see the misery you give me. . .

I was actually half through the Pet Cemetary when I got side tracked and seal it in my special Stephen King box (... formally a Nike shoe box) and picked up another book (of whom which I already forgot the title and the author).

The only author that scare the hell outta me is Edgar Allan Poe.

I like watching Sci-Fi but never reading them, mainly because the landscape details require your own imaginaries and I don't really want to spent much of my mind to create a image that is the same as the authors' when he/she wrote it, therefore I rather stick it to the movies where I can actually see the landscape and.... other items (including, weapons, new planet... aliens... etx)

Nicholas Sparks is a good writer, to a certain point.
I mean, his books are just too alike, it pisses me off. Two people fall in love, and then one dies. It's like some Korean love story! Out of like the 10 books I read by him, only two of them have the couple staying ALIVE. Hmph.

i miss blogring.

Did Jamie actually die in A Walk to Remember? :O
Yea, Joanna, his books are so alike. I say he is a good writer, but his books just bore me. ><

How could you describe the colour blue to someone who is blind?

Yeah, it's just cliche sometimes.

I love George Orwell. I can't think of anything else right now.

*obsessive Harry Potter fan* Jo Rowling is absolutely amazing... of course I'm a little biased. I really have no idea why I love Harry Potter so much, but I've grown up reading it for 7 years now. It's just so creative and amazing. There are such amazing twists and plot holes that we don't get to discover until the last book.

I also like Ray Bradbury. We're reading a few of his books for school and I really like them. I don't really know why. *sigh*

These belong in Hufflepuff,
Where they are just and loyal.
Those patient Hufflepuffs are true
And unafraid of toil.

Yeah, Jamie died in A Walk To Remember. I mean, at first, it was okay, but it was just so predictable, it was like, you had to restrain yourself from falling in love with a character because he/she was going to die soon.

i miss blogring.
