I was just wondering how much do you have to weigh to be skinny, normal, fat, chubby, over-weighted... and also I just wondered if you guys could put some tips for losing some weight while at home. Also some fun ideas to work out at the house so you dont get bored by just doin the same old push ups and sit ups. well I know one way that I saw on TV.
1. fill the bathtub (with warm water) enough so it comes to your waste when sitting it
2. then just sit there and relax while your sweating!!
this actually works so I hope you guys try it out and also its not really hard and you can just watch Tv while doin this or something.
