Of course, I believe in God.

I'm really religious, and TRY to read the bible daily, but it's pretty hard to. I also go to Sunday school and pray the rosary.

To me, God exist. And I BELIEVE in him. And I BELIEVE he's real. But that's my belief...=]

I don't believe in God. There's so much in the world that he could fix. There are so many people who suffer for no reason at all and pray everyday for bread, just to wake up the next day to be raped and killed.

Yeah, God is definitely looking out for us. <_<

A few things:

1) God is not the intergalactic policeman. He gave humanity free will. He lets us have choices. And He's going to make us live with those choices.

2) If you're agnostic, but you believe there is no God, but believe in some being who is overwatch of all things and is the designer of things, inherantly, is that not God?

3) As for being raped and killed. . . God did not ordain this. He did not ordain sin. However, we, as humans, are sinful by nature. God does not inflict punishment on us for some sick kicks and giggles. We punish ourselves. The human spirit is cruel and evil by nature. Anyone who tells you otherwise does not believe in God, but embraces Humanism.

Being nice and loving Jesus does not eqaul Christianity or salvation. It eqauls religion. It's not what you do on the outside, it's the convivtions of the heart.

I dont believe in god. And yes, there is a scientifical explaination for everything. If you actually studied those things you would know. And as for the things that are still unexplained, humans just dont have the brains to explain them yet.

So. Scientifically, you probably believe in evolution. However, evolution violates the very scientific principals that it is founded on. The scientific LAW of Thermodynamics states that "All things, through entropy, grow to a greater state of disorder, thusly decreasing in order." Evolution teaches order coming from disorder, which is scientifically impossible.

Those are just my thoughts, because I've wrestled with this issues myself, and have drawn the conclusion that yes, there is a God. But even daemons believe in God. I know I'm saved through faith because of my personal relationship with Christ. And that is what is most important.

Actually, from what I know, God knows everything. That means, he knows the future. And that also means, he knows who is going to die, how they are going to die, and how they will spend the rest of enternity if you believe in a soul, even before they're born.

So, if he knows all of that, why would he create something/someone, knowing that they'd end up in hell and knowing every step someone was going to take? Since he already knows they're going to end up in hell, why would he create them, knowing their terrible outcome?

That's not having free will. That's not letting us make choices. That's just watching us follow the path that he has already chosen for us.

And I never said that I expected God to be the intergalactic police. If he really exists, and he loves us so much, then he wouldn't create people, knowing that they'd end up being raped and tortured for their whole lives and then killed.

Yeah, that's some awesome God.

We are the only fallen world. Satan rebeled before the earth was created. The earth was created and Adam and Eve both sinned by eating of the forbidden fruit. So God knew that we had fallen but if He just destroyed the world or even Satan and his angels when he fell then what example will it show. It wouldnt show that God is mericful or that He allows people to repent. People would only obey God out of fear not out of love.
