The last movie I saw was Little Miss Sunshine. First of all, why the hell did Alan Larkin win an Oscar? Sorry, but I didn't like this movie at all. It was just trying to be deep, and in my opinion, backfired. I mean, let's look at the characters. (No spoilers, it's on the DVD cover anyway) The Uncle is coming back after depression because he liked someone that didn't like him. The Grandpa is on crack. The Brother is some kind of guy that doesn't talk because he's worshipping whatever. And the Father is some kind of "believe-in-yourself" pep-talker. Yeah, too much drama. *runs away*

I absolutely loved that movie. It's definitely social satire. It's not supposed to be climatic or extremely believable or cuddley. It's just a commentary on how people are messed up. Things happen in strange ways. Life isn't fair, but we get by. We do what we do. The subtle humor in it is absolutely amazing as well. I, however, didn't think that the grandpa deserved the Oscar.
The last thing I saw was Love Potion No. 9. I really enjoyed it. Silly romantic comedies get me sometimes.

I was watching Passion of the Christ last night. Good movie. Third time I saw it.
Well, I finally figured out where the intro to that song came from . . .

The Pursuit of Happyness. :] It was an awesome movie. I mean, the blurb on the DVD cover just sort of gives away the whole movie, but still. Will Smith definitely deserved his nomination for Best Actor. I haven't seen Forest Whittaker (that's the guy who won, right?) movie yet, but I guess he must have done one hell of a job if he beat Will Smith. Anyway, I definitely recommend this movie. It's just amazing how Chris Gardner, the actual person on which this movie was based upon, just climbed up the ladder and ... yeah. :]

Ohh I want to get that too, but I don't think it's out in Hong Kong yet.
I watched An Inconvenient Truth on DVD yesterday. Eek I hope it's just exaggerating on everything.

I saw Meet The Robinsons. Oh my gosh, was that funny. It was wonderful. I wasn't sure if it would be good or not, but seriously it was wonderful. I loved it like no other.
I also bought Memoirs of a Geisha and The Lake House last week. I watched Memoirs, but I have yet to watch The Lake House. I've seen it before (otherwise I wouldn't have bought it), but I want need to see it again. Oh and it turns out that my brother has Over The Hedge, which I love and need to watch again.

I love that movie. I've been watching so many serious films; this lighthearted movie was much needed. Bowler Hat Guy is the best villain ever (if you can even call him one). Evil plan = TP'ing the Robinsons' house
Oh yeah, I also scored a pair of 3D glasses.

Premonition. I saw today with my friends. :] It's an awesome movie and it's sort of weird that Sandra Bullock would do this kind of movie involving like time and everything after people got so confused with The Lake House. But yeah, I understood the movie! I even noticed a few mistakes, what a bunch of dumb bum writers.

Pursuit of Happyness was a good movie, dumbbum.
I saw um. Family Stone and Meet the Robinsons. Meet the Robinsons was a very cute Disney and it was sort of sad and memorable with the ending quote. :] Family Stone was a typical movie that wasn't funny and predictable.
