The Sims 2

Does anyone here play The Sims 2 or The Sims 1? It's a life simulator, meaning you make a sim (person) and you guide them through life. You have jobs and you could start a family. They start from baby and die when they get old (getting old is not the only way to die though). The game has several expansion packs, each with a different theme. The next one is Pets, which I absolutly cannot wait for!

I have both.

I used to be completely obsessed with the first one with an Expansion Pack, of course, but my computer isn't good enough to run Sims 2 decently. It goes so slow that it's too annoying for me to enjoy playing.

I had the first Sims. But since the Sims 2 I don't play the first Sims anymore. They are coming out with a new expansion pack for the Sims 2. We get pets!

I have both. I was obsessed with the first game. Had all the expansion packs. I like building houses/public places. :P But when it came to making a living for the sims, it got boring. By the time I got Sims 2, I got bored with it immediately.

I know what you mean about it being slow. I've only played The Sims 2 a few times because of the annoying lag. I downloaded these awesome clothes for my sims, but they didn't work, and I'm sure I extracted them into the right folder. =\

I used to have all the expansion packs for The Sims. My favorite was the Superstar one. It was funny seeing Drew Carey appear in my house, haha. :P

I remember when I first started playing, I was so poor that I could only afford to make three walls (I didn't know of the cheatcodes). Everytime someone had to pee or shower, he/she would shoo everyone in the house away. Sometimes they would get out of the shower or stop peeing because of a stranger walking by. -__-

I remember I used to play 'Survivor' with my sims.

I made a huge family. Move them all in a house trapping them. Then I start a fire. :evil: The last one standing wins. ^_^. But I kill the last one anyways.

It's a nice way to kill time.

I used to find creative ways to kill my Sims and whatnot. It's fun.. in a morbid kind of way :P

Haha so cruel. But I can't say I've never killed my sims for fun :whistle:. I can't wait for the Pets expansion pack to come out. Unleashed was my favorite. I had all the Sims 1 expansion packs except House Party and Vacation. I don't play Sims 1 anymore. I recently got hooked onto playins Sims 2 again.

I have the first one and the hot date expansion pack. I get soo bored with it. My sister and I made a Harry Potter family..Harry died when changing a light blub and she saved it right after he died. I made a Cho Chang family. That was like two years ago.
Now I made some houses that look like places from Fatal Frame 2.
