Haha I know thats why there are soo many schools out there teaching people how to lift and workout correctly. I learn from a few people like my bro and my coach my school just upgraded teh weight room so I'm pretty lucky.
When you run more or even walk more you'll get use to it and you wont start panting in like a few hundred feet. :lol: If you were on my football team you would be dead cause we run soo sooo much. it depends what i feel like doing.... most days i do 30 minutes of aerobics and 20 minutes of pilates. then some days i jog 30 minutes for 3 miles (yeah i suck at running) and then do the 20 minute pilates session. and if i really had a bad, crappy day, then i'd just sit and sulk and not do exercise at all. which is what i've been doin' lately but whatever.

Yea I havent been workingout the whole weekend and this week cause its Thanksgiving week. hahaa I just dont have the time and I'm too tired.

I don't workout. :x The only exercise I get is from walking around at school, back home, etc., and climbing the stairs at school. Sometimes I lift some weights to try to tone my arms a bit, but they're just 3-pounders..

I don't work out all the time.
Most of my exercise come from P.E. Or now I'm playing volleyball whenever my friends go to their school. I'm pretty athletic. Guys always consider me as their 'best buddy' but they never like me as a gf . Eh, :/ |

i do 60 crunches a day and 10 pushups every 2 days for strenght training. i plan on joining a gym in the summer and i'm gonna take weight training next year as my gym.
