I was just wondering what people did as a work out if they even do.

I myself have to go to the weight room for football and I'm doing track so I will be training even more. I also have a weight set in my room, it was my brothers but he moved to CA so its mine now.

I LOVE Christina!!!!

I ran and jogged. I did it in about 45 minutes. I dont like to just run as fast as I can. I try more to pace myself.

**bleep** 5miles in 45min???
Well I'm a OK runner, I can somewhat pace myself at a run. I can run a mile in like 6min, but I might slow down at running 5 miles.

I workout moderately. I walked 45 minutes (one way) twice from home to school everyday. Then I have 2 hours Kick Boxing session once every week.

But if I have time, I play an easy game of basketball or football with my brother and his friends, just for fun.

I'm an ok runner, when it comes to speed. But I can't really stand running for miles.

I was a Raider Cadet.

We did Pyramids/Super Sets to work out.

a 10 step Pyramid consist of the following;

1 minute of nonstop pushups followed by 30 seconds rest, 5 times in a row
We sped up our pushups on the 6th step and did 30 seconds of nonstop pushups followed by 15 second rests, 5 times.

We take a 5 minutes break and then do the same with situps. After we have completed the situps we do Stadium runs (Running up and down stairs) for 15 minutes

and Super-sets are a killer... It's exactly the same as the Pyramids except there are no rests in between. We do pushups followed by situps and back to pushups.

Fancy a cuppa tea, love?
