well he (his name is James) was my best friend for a while and then we started talking alot during summer and then i told i liked him over the phone and he couldn't beleive it. and i waited for him to ask me out but nothing happened but everyone was saying he liked me this and that... so i went out with this other guy and he realized that he should of asked me out earlier and such. so then i had to end it with the guy i was with because i liked james alot.. so then he finally asked me out on the phone. i still remember... when i said yes then he said SCORE!! lol. but yeah we've been together since 10 months and 1 week to be exact

Well, my boyfriend asked me "On Top of the World." It's a place in California - pretty cute name, if you ask me. He blindfolded me and led me up this trail (which wasn't easy - for the both of us) and when we reached the top, the breeze was a big relief. Well, he took off the blindfold and there I was, on top of a cliff and beneath us were all the cities. There were a million gorgeous lights and the moon was like, right next to me. Then he said," This doesn't compare to the way you make me feel. If this is "The Top of the World" then I most definitely, must be in heaven. So .. ready to begin forever? " Real corny, but I thought it was adorable.

After all the laughing, I finally said yes. He has an indirect way of saying things .. >>

My boyfriend told my friend that he liked me and she went crazy trying to set us up like asking me to go to lunch with her and then dragging him along with us. When we got to the place, she "got a phone call" and ran away, leaving us to eat together slightly awkwardly.
When that didn't work out, he IMed me and said "make sure your phone is on" and left. 5 minutes later, he calls and says and I quote "Hey. I heard you liked me. We should go out."
I didn't have any real reason for saying no to him, so I said, okay.
THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME.
Lol. I love him though so it's all good.

Um, this isn't my boyfriend, but we are kind of more than friends. O.o Anyways he just said "Let's go watch a movie." And yeah he asked online. << But there really was no other way since it was during winter break and he didn't have my # or anything.
