If you have a boyfriend, then how did he ask you out? Just wondering cuz my bf just asked me out today (=]!) and he asked in this really cute way. This is what he said...

him: iris, i love your name, its so pretty
me: thanks i love urs too (his name is oliver)
him: haha shut up, mine is boring. all it reminds people of is of olives, but urs reminds me of eyes.
me: yeah, everybody is reminded of eyes by my name
him: yeah well everybody else doesnt think you have the most beautiful eyes, but i do.
me: aw, thanks.
him: that's it? no kiss?
me: haha we're not going out or anything
him: do you want to?
me: are you asking me out?
him: only if your saying yes

What cute little stories! I would share, but I have never had a boyfriend though I wish when he would ask me out, that it would be romantic and stuff but I guess that's impossible because nothing can be perfect and the way you want it to be.

But Oliver was the only one who asked me out like that. Everyone else jsut did the usual "can i ask you something" phone conversation.

Mine was in person. We were sitting in his car and cuddling and he kissed me and then said "I don't know how to say this..." and I knew what he was going to ask, of course, and was thinking "FINALLY" and I leaned towards him and I said "just say it" and he kissed my cheek and said "will you be my girlfriend?" <3 It was so cute.

Then I said "of course... WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?" lol! I'm such a moment ruiner.

Haha thank you. =D Seriously, it took him forever. We went on a date, and then he asks me out like... 2 weeks later! Come on! Haha.

My boyfriend & I kind of skipped the whole asking bit. He told me he liked me sometime towards the end of March online. It made me really happy because I realized I was the one he was talking about in his xanga entries :] Haha, yay, geek love.

But it's been almost 6 months, everything's great, & he's absolutely amazing.<3

okay, call me a sucker for saying yes to him 3 times.. but hey, 3 times make a charm. and it's very true. we're on 5 months, going good.

first time: on the phone, spelling it out in a weird way... (very child-ish). hey, i was 11.

second time: online... yeah.

third time: through text. we stayed friends, so it was no shock that he was texting me. and what a coinsidence, this was the same day he asked me the first time! (April 10.)

yeah.. and i dont regret anything & just happy we're together.

well we were in class, just joking around as usual...and he was playing with one of those toy rings that cost a quarter...lol he put it on my finger and asked me to be his girlfriend...but I seriously thought he was still joking around so I said, with that little ring? so he asked me again after class...he was so nervous, it was adorable...now were on 8 1/2 months
