A Lot of Things Not Working

For some reason, I can't post in certain forums and I can't view any of the tutorials. It says I don't have permission because my account wasn't activated or something, but I've had this account for years, so I don't see how that's possible. It also says that the administrator could have disabled my account, but I don't see why. 0__o))

I also have negative blogpoints, and I would like to know why. >__<
