Film for prints and digital for editing/uploading. Each has disadvantages.

wow.. so many ppl like digi cams.. lol. yeh, dey're convienient.. but film-cameras produce better quality pix. =) and ppl like the *small* digi cams too.. i heard, the smaller the camera, the less functions it has and poorer quality....

OoOoo~ is there such thing as a film camera with an LCD display..? like a digi cam but with film instead?

Digital because you can manipulate images more readily using software on computer, its not manual labor in a dark room.

Red face

I like digital cameras better. I feel more "in control" when I take pictures -- like if I took a picture and it ended up really bad I can just delete it quickly. Also I can choose what pictures to print. For me it's easier to use.

i like digital cameras more cuz u can edit them easily and u can take loads. film is pretty precise and clear, but u have to keep on changing the film, and if u want to put them in ur computer or something, u have to scan them and ugh. but film cameras are really good for photo books.

Personally, I like both of them; it's practically hard to choose. Digital cameras have lots of preferences, and you can do it over. Cameras with film have high quality and you can see the essence of the picture perfectly. But if I were to choose, I would pick the camera with film because they have better quality than the digital one [ it shows grainy pictures and takes some quality off due to shutter speed and ISO ].

I prefer the classic stuff although I'm taking a slow transition to digital...
