Personally, I like film more for when I'm trying to take high-quality pictures. But, digital cameras have some advantages, too. I want to know what you guys think.

Digi cams!

I haven't exactly ever use a regular film camera...They look really complicated, but they shoot pretty darn precise.

So far, I'm just used to a digital camera...Talk about today's technology.

Digital. I don't really know why, but they're the types I'm used to now.

film, because when you develop, you can have whatever lighting it is you want, how dark, how light, or what things you can crop out. well i like film cuz i'm taking a b&w photography class. hehe... digital is good too, if you need to know what to input for a manual camera...

oh....i mean film for manual cameras....like Nikons.. not those cheap automatic ones.

i like super big cameras with film i still use them but with technology booming i perfer digi cams they are so much easier to deal with and in the long run your film will cost less. and they come out better but if i wanted a vintage foto i would go with the film and usual processing.

Each has its advantages and disadvantages. I want a real film camera, the really good ones, but no darkroom anywhere near me. It's just that using film cameras(the advanced and expensive ones, not those little kodak cameras or whatnot) give you more pride and make it feel more rewarding when you have a good picture. Digital is still good though, so it's both for me, it would have to depend on the time and what type of picture.

basicly what krayziekid sums it up for me, both have advantages and disadvantages.. some say film is better than digital though.. i don`t use film myself because i don`t have a camera that has film, all i have right now is a digital camera, and i`m lovin it so far.. later on maybe i will expirement with film.. when i save enough money.. =]
