Can You Sleep With Music On?

it kinda drags my mind off somewhere else, i do it a lot when i can't sleep, it makes me forget all the mistakes i've made until i have the time to deal with them.

I usually have to have some sort of sound, whether it be music or the tv. Don't get me wrong, when I'm REALLY tired I can plop down anywhere and fall asleep in a matter of minutes, sound or none.

Whenever I do have music on, it needs to be quiet. The same goes with lights for me: I don't like it completely dark, I have to have a little light. I don't like it completely silent, I have to have a little bit of sound.

I NEED music. Without it being on I can't sleep. But it also depends on what type of music and who's singing it. I like to listen to midi like Yiruma - Kiss The Rain or something similar.

yeah, yesterday night i was listening to my ipod and i fell asleep & by the time i woke up its been through almost all of the songs except like 5 more.
