I used to never be able to fall asleep without music, but not I can't fall asleep with music.

Yeah, after awhile, my brain just tunes out the music. If I'm already asleep, I'm sure I can sleep if someone suddenly turns on the music. I slept through a earthquake once.

depends on what kind of music. if it's calm/soothing, yes, very easily.

I can never sleep in silence. Any kind of music will help me fall asleep. People talking on the radio will help me fall asleep. Hearing a television show or movie will help me fall asleep. If I don't have any noise, I feel lonely and uncomfortable.

I can sleep with any of my music on. I usually let my playlist run.


I love waking up and realizing a song influenced my dreams.

Rarely can I sleep with the music on. It always reminds me of people.. and then I start thinking about them & can't sleep .. It helps me get tired, but no .. i couldn't fall asleep with it still on.
