What Kind Of Pencil?

Do you generally like the regular wooden or the mechanical?

I'm a mechanical person myself.

I prefer mechanical pencils. But for standardized tests, I'm always scared that mechanical pencils are lying and they're not #2, so I have to use standard pencils.

Mechanical.

I thought it didn't really matter as long as they just filled in the bubble for standardized tests. My teachers tell me they prefer you to use a wooden pencil because they say some people make really light marks with mechanical pencils.

I use whatever. I don't care at all. I use whatever I have that works.

they both have their positives and negatives. i'd use a mechanical...but it has to be a good one, because the sucky ones break too easily.

I usually use mechanical ones. Wooden ones are fine too, but I don't like having to bother with sharpening. Plus, I prefer thinner leads.

I use mechanical lead. =] I've used it fo standardized testing before, and nothing bad happened.

I prefer Mechanical. I'm too lazy to sharpen wooden pencils and I would have to sharpen them every like 15 minutes or something since I press really hard.

Yes. Mechanical pencils are best. They`re clicky. Well, most of them are.
