Even you don't have that great of grades, you can transfer. What I mean by that is you can go to a community college and get awesome grades to show the universities that you are indeed a serious student. Then after two years you can transfer to your top choice university. This way, you can save tons of money and still go to college without having to worry about getting the best SAT scores or rejection letters and that sort of things.
