I tried to get it so that all the teams were equal, or close to equal, in strength. Obviously, this is my subjective opinion, so it might not be perfect, but I think it should be close. :]

Alternates were chosen by 1. Activity in Forum, 2. Order of Sign-up, and 3. Interest. The purpose of having alternates is so that the tournament will not fall apart if a member on each team is not able to make an entry for a specific round.

Each Clan will come up with a Clan Name, and will elect a clan leader. Please discuss those things in this thread. I would like to have a Clan Name for each team, and a designated Clan Leader, by next Friday, at the latest.

The Clan Leader does NOT have to be the best graphic maker, but SHOULD be the most active member. The reason for this is that the Clan Leader will submit all his/her team's entries to me by PM each round, so it is easy to keep track of them.

I will be setting up polls to vote on themes for upcoming rounds, so that it is fair.

Clan Leader - upon submitting your team's entries for the round, please track the message & send the PM to ME. The purpose of tracking the message is that then you will have proof for yourself that I will not have seen any of the entries before the day of the round. That sounds fair to me, let me know if it does not sound fair to you.

Discuss everything here.

Remember, I need the Clan Leader designated by Friday, and I need them to send me a PM with the name of their clan. You can discuss those things in this thread.

Once I receive all the four PMs, I will open a seperate thread for each clan in which they alone can discuss.

No, Ivy, I'm not the clan leader, someone else has to be. Haha. I'll have to organize all the clan's entries, it'd be easiest if SOMEONE *cough* else was our clan leader. ^_^

I'll copy & paste something I posted somewhere else, 'cause I believe that it's pertinent information for this.


"All entries for each clan will be sent to the clan leader, who will PM them to me in ONE PM, with the PM tracked. I will not open ANY of the PMs, excluding possibly the one from my own team, until the day I set up voting, so that everything is fair.

Everything will be anonymously done. You will not know which team your clan was against until voting is done. Entries should NOT have specific names on them. I KNOW that most people here can recognize other people's graphics anyways, but I still think that the anonymous factor is a good idea.

I'm going to be very strict about voting. If I catch ANYONE telling others outside their clan which entry is yours, they're out. YOU MAY NOT TELL ANYBODY outside your clan which entry is yours.

Members of a clan will be able to vote in their own clan's topics, but afterward, I will disregard their vote, so that it doesn't really count - it just has the appearance of counting.

For each round, I'll be setting up topics in the FS asking people to vote for bps. It shouldn't be hard.
