Okay, first open a blank image with the size you want.
Next click on the little black arrow next to the “paint brush” tool and change it to the “air brush”. Set the size to around “30” and opacity to “100”.
Next, look at your “materials” bar. Make the first color to a gradient of your choice. I chose Multi-blue.

Next, using the airbrush, scribble on your blank image leaving some white spaces in between.
It should look something like this.
Click on the little black arrow next to the “paint brush” tool again, (which now is the “air brush” tool) and change it to “warp brush”.
Now scribble on your image again using the warp brush until you have the desired effect.
Your finished image should look something like this.
Then add borders, text, and whatever else you want to and you’re DONE!
