In this tutorial, you'll be learning how to make something that'll look like the image below if you do it correctly:
I'm using Psp 9, but I think it would work on Psp 8 or something.
1. Create a new image with any size you want. I choose the size 300x300.
2. Select the rectangle tool, and set it to the square tool.
3. Set the background color to black and start making random squares all over--any size, but not too big.
So it should look like this right now:
4. Then go to Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur and set the settings as below:
Do the same thing 3-4 more times.
I did it 4 more times and this is how it looks like:
5. Go to Layers and Duplicate the layer 2 times.
It should look like this now:
6. Then go to the first duplicated layer(Copy 1), go to Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates and set the settings as below:
and now it should look like this:
7. Then go to the second duplicated layer(Copy 2), go to Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates and set the settings as below:
now it should look like this:
Merge the layers and you're almost done.
To colorize, go to Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize and use whatever settings you want.
