In this tutorial, you'll be learning how to make something like this:
I'm using PSP 9, but I'm sure this tutorial will work with other versions of PSP as long as you have some simple tools and effects.
1. Create a new image with any size you want. I choose the size 450x150.
2. Click the flood fill tool and fill the background with black.
3. Then click on the airbrush tool and apply the same settings as below:
4. Make the foreground color white and start drawing random lines around the image. Change the size of the brushes to fit your image.
After you've done that, it should look something like this:
5. Go to Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur and apply the same settings as below:
Click 'OK' and now you have something that'll look like this:
6. Go to Effects>Artistic Effects>Chrome and apply these settings:
Click 'OK' and you'll have something like this:
7. Then go to Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur and use the same settings as before.
After that, it'll look something like this:
Now, make it colorful!
8. Go to Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize and use whatever settings you want.
You can do some other stuff to it to make it look nicer, that's what I did, and here's my final result.
