Tutorial: Film Strip Effect
For Program: Paint Shop Pro
By: bl00ey
Description: Gives image the look of a film strip
heh I just create this yesterday when I got bored and was messing around with PSP and it actually came out something xD

Step 1
Open up the image you want to use, click this . I`m going to use this picture of Harry Potter (since the book came out & everyone`s talking about it).

Step 2
Go to Adjust --> Negative Image

Now the image looks almost like a film strip now.
Step 3
Go to Layers --> New Vector Layer

Click "OK" when the thing pops up xD, you don`t need to change anything.
Step 4
Click on the Fill Tool () & choose a brown color and color the image so all you have now is just brown. Press F8 to get the Layers Palette. Make the Ocapity 30% and the Blend Mode "Luminance (Legacy)"

Step 5
Your image should look something like this:

To add the finishing touch, go to the Image tab --> Picture Frame...
Follow the image:

The click "OK"

Woot! You`re done & this is the finished product:

but if you resize it and make it an actual film size it looks really pretty:

You probably wouldn`t use this tutorial ever but it`s a nice effect xD; if you have any questions PM me =)
