In this tutorial you will be learning how to add a mourning glowing effect to images. Lets get started.

Step 1) Open the image that you will be editing.

Step 2) Go to Layer > Duplicate Layer.

Step 3) Select the duplicated layer and go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Put on the following sttings:


Step 5) Right click the blured layer and click on blend options.

Under blend mode select lighten and then press ok.


OK, now you are done. It should have added a glowing morning effect to your image. It should look similar to this.
