The same Icicle text I've put on my site's layout!

1. Open a new document.
-Write something with your Text tool. You can use any fonts you want, I'll use 911 Porscha
-Make sure the font's color IS BLACK
-Make sure text is 72 pt!!!

2. Right-Click the text layer, and go to Blending Options.
-Go to Gradient Overlay.
-Choose Steel Blue Gradient.
-Make sure the options are set to the following:

-Click Okay.
3. Go back to Filter on the top
-Select Stylize, then Wind.
-Then select 'From the Left'
-Click okay, and exit the screen.
-Hold CTRL, and click 'F' once.
-Also, Fill in the background color to a dark color.

5. Duplicate the layer.
-Name it anything you want. I'll name it Icicle Effect
-Make sure this layer is on top of the original
6. On the Newest Layer, right-click, and go to Blending Options.
-Select Bevels and Emboss.
-Uncheck 'Global Light'
-Set Altitude light to 70 degrees
-Set Gloss Contour to "ring double"
-Depth to 200%

7. Go to Drop Shadow, and check it. Don't do anything else.
-Click Okay.

8. If you want the Icicles to drip down a bit, Go to the Original Icicle, with the title of your text.
-Right click and press 'Free Transform'.
-Click 90 Degrees CW
-Now go to filter, and wind.
-Select From the Left.
-It should look like this:

9. Hold Ctrl, and press 'F'.
-Flip it back by Free-Transform.
-Right-clikc, go to 90 Degrees CCW
-Now drag the Original down just a bit.

FINISHED!!!
