In this tutorial i will be showing you how to create reflecting text.

Step 1) Open the image you are going to apply the text to i am go to use a a default black background.

Step 2) Now we are going to add text. I am going to use a bitmap/pixel font, but you do not have to. Just apply the text to your image.

Step3) Now we have to make our text look 3D. On the one text layer you have right click and go to Blend Options. Check shadow and put it on the following settings-

Check the Inner Shadow and put it on the following settings-

Check the Bevel and Emboss box and put on these settings-

Check the Stroke box and put on these settings-

You are now done making the text 3D.

Step 4) Go to Layer > Duplicate.

Step 5) Select the Duplicated layer, and go to Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical.

Yout image should look simlar to this:

Step 6) Now use that selection tool to drag the text under your original text.

Step 7) Make sure that the duplicated layer is still selected. Right click the layer, and go to Blend Options. Make the transparency of the layer 50. Your reflective text should now look like this-

If you want to go even further with your text you can full around with skewing.

My final Product:

I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial!
