Hey guys, we're going to learn how to make a cool looking techno circle. Here's an example

1. Create a new document, 400x400 px.

2. Go to you "Tools" bar and select the "Shape Tool" and select "Rectangle Tool".

3. Draw a bunch of different shapes within the document



4. Then go to Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates and choose the options below



5. Your final result will look like this
